If I have to count the training that I received while I was a teacher, I could do that on my one hand finger however despite very few training sessions I still remember the impact it left on me what I am sharing with you to show you what I am today, I was encouraged, motivated, gained self-respect and made me feel I was not only doing something worthwhile but felt proud to be part of people responsible in changing the globe because I started taking critics, not an insult or embarrassment but areas of improvement and worked on them positively. And here I am today.
If having so less training sessions could change me so much, I do believe if the frequency of these effective training sessions is increased for all of us I am sure we will be making a significant improvement for ourselves and the people surrounding us.
So, all teachers young or old should get an equal opportunity to develop, develop to be always updated with the rapidly changing world, we need to ensure that we should be equipped with all the updated information so we are not doing something that is outdated and would make our learners feel that we lack less knowledge on the latest. Because if that happens we become less important and the learners are not confident about what they hear from us.  So, training and quality development should be reachable to all inexperienced and experienced.  
We should always endorse that the learning never stops but helps us stay updated and helps us to learn something new, and that is called developing knowledge and to be called and a knowledgeable personality. In turn, that practice will enable all to gain trust while learning from you. However, I feel sad that this kind of positive training does not exist for every teacher.
This training does make a significant impact on the teachers who undergo this training and also makes an impact on the students in the classroom, with this trained teacher, hence here we are impacting not one but many lives by attempting to let all teachers undergo these training programs frequently.
My dream, the FDP should one day become part of the DNA of every teacher that would help the teachers, students, and the institution equally.
Recall the training that you had in the past 5 years, a. Did you have any? if ‘yes’ then recall also the advantage and the benefits and if you did not have any imagine how much have you missed to date.
I also trust to get the 100% from these training when they happen in the regular working days investing some time from our daily structure.
