Dixon was born in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India, to a simple parent father Ronald Samuel retired as a pharmacist and mother Elvina Samuel retired as a nurse from Seventh–Day Adventist Hospital.  Dixon Samuel attended SDA schools for his high school where he played badminton and football, he was a state champion while he was in 7th grade, and was the school champion in athlete for the 3 consecutive years from 9th grade to 11th and a member of the school orchestra with expertise in playing drums for the school parade.                      

Mr. Dixon started working from his 6th grade as a tuition teacher for students of pre-primary to 3rd-grade to support his education financially. Completed his graduation (BBA) from Southern Adventist University, Tennessee, USA. Where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Major in Management and a Minor in Accountancy.

Carrier:

After his graduation, he started working with the call center as a calling executive, and because of his outstanding performance in exciding his sales target continuously, by achieving the sales target of an average of 16 per day (SPD) against the target of 3 (SPD) Sales per day, he was awarded the certificate as the best employee of the year in 2005 and promoted as a Team Leader after the Leadership training held by the star certification program, from Bangalore.

In 2009 he joined a training company where he trained the young executives and mastered the topics like Team building, Effective Communication, Stress Management, Leadership Skills, Professionalism, Interpersonal relationship, and many more. Because of his dedication and commitment, he was promoted as a Head Trainer, Branch Manager, Territory Manager, and a Zonal head, for West of India, in less than 15 months, and his growth was on a fast track.

Due to his outstanding performance, he got the opportunity to serve the educational institution as a campus Director, where he developed the skill of managing the education staff, students, and the parents too, He was loved by all the students and the parents and the teachers developed their skills because of his background in the training company.

He organized educational trips to NASA, United States of America, and helped many students develop their interest in the science of aeronautical engineering.

His training skills also got him an opportunity to conduct teacher’s development training in the USA for 16 schools, where he got exposure to training some of the highly advanced staff who appreciated the training style, he learned a lot from them too.

where he contributed to writing 25 academic books based on the CBSE & ICSE syllabus, these books are to be launched in the next academic year. 2022-2023.

Dixon is an evangelical Christian who believes in the second coming of Christ and we as humans and his servants are responsible to serve Him in His vineyard by spreading the Gospel to hasten His coming,

Dixon is married to Dimple and they are blessed with highly disciplined children, daughter Kathryn in 11th grade and Nathen in 8th grade.
